What We Believe

  1. In the verbal inspiration of the Bible. II Timothy 3:15, I Peter 2:2, II Peter 1:21, Revelation 22:18-19
  2. In ONE GOD externally existing in three persons; namely the FATHER, SON, and HOLY GHOST. Acts 1:1-8
  3. That JESUS CHRIST is the only begotten SON of the FATHER, conceived of the HOLY GHOST, and born of the virgin Mary. HE ascended to Heaven and is today at the right hand of the FATHER as the intercessor. John 1:18
  4. That all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, and that repentance is commanded by God for all, and necessary for forgiveness of sins. Romans 3:23
  5. That justification, regeneration, and the new birth are wrought by faith in the blood of JESUS CHRIST. Hebrews 9:22
  6. In sanctification subsequent to the new birth, through faith in blood of CHRIST; through the Word and the HOLY GHOST. Romans 3:25, II Corinthians 5:17
  7. Holiness to be God’s standard of living for HIS people. Leviticus 19:2
  8. in the baptism of the HOLY GHOST subsequent to a clean heart. Psalm 51:10, Acts 15:8-9
  9. In water baptism by immersion, and all who repent should be baptized in the name of the FATHER, and of the SON, and of the HOLY GHOST. Matthew 28:19
  10. Divine healing is provided for all in the atonement. Isaiah 53:5, I Peter 2:24
  11. In the Lord’s Supper. I Corinthians 10:16, I Corinthians 11:26
  12. In the premillennial second coming of JESUS. First to resurrect the righteous dead and catch away the living saints to HIM in the air. Second, to reign on the earth a thousand years. I Thessalonians 4:16-17, Revelation 20:1-3
  13. In the bodily resurrection; eternal life for the righteous and eternal punishment for the wicked. Matthew 25:41-46, Revelation 20:11-15, 21:8-27
